The Trancore Temple Door is a thick Burma teak door that features deep, detailed carved panels, hand forged iron hinges and locks, and a solid brass knocker and accents. Doors of this kind were intentionally built low so that all who entered the temple had to bend low to respect the deities housed inside. Carvings on these doors often include mythological birds and animals. |
