Shipping policy
We ship our furniture worldwide using trusted third-party logistics partners. All shipments are dispatched from Mumbai, India. Unless a client specifically requests air freight, orders are shipped via ocean freight due to its reliability and suitability for large, custom furniture pieces. Shipping timelines vary based on destination, carrier availability, and global port conditions.
All freight, packing, insurance, and export handling charges are billed at actuals. Destination-port charges and door-delivery costs must be arranged and paid directly by the client.
We are happy to recommend professional customs brokers to facilitate clearance at the destination port.
Courier & Freight Partners
We work exclusively with established international freight and courier companies. All handling, transit, and delivery beyond the point of dispatch are managed directly by these third-party carriers. While we coordinate every detail at origin, all in-transit responsibility, timelines, and procedures are governed by the carrier’s policies.
